• Own and mature the enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM) program • Establish and maintain ITAM governance structures • Design, implement, and continuously improve processes across the full asset lifecycle • Partner with Accounting and Human Resources to ensure accurate budget alignment, forecasting, and cost transparency • Own the IT asset system of record, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of asset data • Ensure IT asset visibility and lifecycle controls support internal IT governance policies • Partner with Accounting and IT colleagues for standardization of hardware, software, and services • Define, implement, and track key ITAM performance indicators

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, Procurement, or related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of Software licensing and SaaS models
  • Strong understanding of IT procurement and vendor management
  • Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, ISO 19770, or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
