Head of Southeast Asia (SEA) - Retail FX/CFDs

Role Description This is a ground-floor regional role. You'll be the dedicated head of region, reporting directly to the CCO and CEO, with a mandate to build MarketsVox's presence across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and beyond. No bureaucracy, no waiting for sign-off on every decision — just a clear goal and the backing to go after it. - Define and execute the SEA go-to-market strategy across key markets - Build and manage IB (Introducing Broker), affiliate, and partner networks across the region - Drive direct client acquisition through reverse solicitation channels - Represent MarketsVox at industry events, expos, and through local networks - Feed market intelligence directly to the CEO and CCO to shape product and pricing decisions - Lay the groundwork for future regional hires as the business scales Qualifications - 5+ years in a senior sales, partnerships, or growth role at a retail FX/CFD broker - Deep personal network across SEA — IBs, affiliates, trading communities - Based in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, or Indonesia) - Fluency in English required; additional languages (Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese) a strong advantage - You're a builder, not a maintainer — you thrive in early-stage, high-autonomy environments - Comfortable operating under a reverse solicitation framework Requirements - Uncapped performance bonus tied to regional revenue - Annual salary review tied to regional growth milestones Benefits - Fully remote (work from anywhere in SEA) - Flexible hours — you manage your schedule - Direct access to C-suite — no middle management layer - Fast-track to building and leading your own team as the region scales - Budget for industry conferences and expos (Dubai, Bangkok, Cyprus FinExpo etc.) - Access to internal trading data and market research tools
