What You Bring - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, Energy Management, Workforce Planning, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). - Minimum of 2 years in workforce forecasting, training oversight, or field service operations within fossil or nuclear power generation. - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or equivalent, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Comprehensive knowledge of turbine systems, outage planning, and power plant safety protocols. - Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple organizational levels. - Travel required as necessary to training centers, district service offices, customer power plants and OEM facilities to conduct implementation assessments and to observe field operations.
