• Rapidly prototype, build, and deploy AI-powered micro-applications using React and Node.js/Python. • Take rough prototypes and proof-of-concepts and convert them into production ready tools. • Work directly with business stakeholders to understand their pain points and translate them into technical solutions. • Build reusable components and patterns so each subsequent application ships faster than the last. • Maintain clean, documented code and follow standardized build-test-deploy methodology.

• Define and build the systems that manage and track the entire marketing journey for Token Factory • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Engineering to create visibility, automation, and intelligence for GTM execution • Build and scale Token Factory’s funnel architecture across acquisition, activation, engagement, qualification, pipeline, and revenue • Connect product telemetry, CRM systems, enrichment tools, and marketing data into a unified view of customer activity • Define and evolve MQL, PQL, account scoring, routing logic, and sales handoff workflows • Build dashboards and analytics frameworks to uncover bottlenecks and drive decisions • Develop signal-driven workflows and automations for team prioritization • Use AI and automation to improve GTM systems and optimize workflows • Create operational rigor around lead routing, BDR SLAs, funnel health, and performance visibility

Role Description This is a remote role from anywhere in the US & Canada. As an AI-First Lead Software Engineer, you will act as an orchestrator rather than a manual coder. You will leverage advanced AI tools like Claude Code as your primary interface to generate, test, and review code, shifting your focus from syntax to architecture, logic, and intent. You will be leading the dev team of one of our most important SaaS products of our Power division. What You Will Do: - Dedicate the majority of your time to driving high-level design, making critical architectural decisions, and troubleshooting complex systems, while guiding AI tools to handle the bulk of the implementation. - Be a role model for design reviews, code, shift-left process and test cases. - Utilize AI tools like Claude Code, and agents as your primary mechanism for software creation, significantly minimizing manual coding to 5%. - Write clean code with Unit and Integration tests; playwright is nice to have. - Collaborate with product, dev, support, & design teams in the planning & execution of the work. - Work closely with engineering partners and stakeholders to drive organizational alignment. Requirements - 8+ years of professional experience in developing Web Applications using C#, .NET, SQL, and Cloud technologies. - Strong expertise using the coding tools - Claude Code, Cursor or Codex. - Proficiency in Angular, HTML5, and JavaScript. - Experience in AWS, Terraform and PostgreSQL are highly preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical work experience. • Design and develop cloud scalable services in a containerized and CI/CD environment • Collaborate in solving problems complex data, features, service, platform issues and perform root cause analysis to proactively resolve product and operational issues • Partner with business and product management counterparts to define and prioritize opportunities to improve value creation and align on shared KPIs to measure success • Implement Circuit Breakers and Service Discovery patterns for the Microservices and ensure that patterns are stringently followed for every integration inbound to/outbound from Microservices • Design and implement real-time Streaming of data from No-SQL/SQL databases to analytics • Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms
