Role Description The Developer is responsible for the overall performance of the product by applying software engineering principles to the design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of software. This role ensures the timely delivery of high-quality software within release timelines and guidelines. Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do - Develop code based on functional specifications and a thorough understanding of product code, identifying refactoring opportunities and architectural improvements. - Test code to verify it meets technical specifications and is working as intended before submitting for code review. - Create and apply automated tests and testing principles to software changes, including unit tests and continuous integration practices. - Perform moderately complex peer code reviews and contribute to team standards and processes, including planning, work estimation, solution demos, and reviews. - Contribute to the implementation of a delivery pipeline, including test automation, security, and performance. - Provide troubleshooting support for moderately complex production issues or software code issues to ensure application stability. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field. - Experience with Angular and Typescript (min. 3 years of experience). - Knowledge of TDD approach. - Experience with data structures, algorithms, software design, and continuous software delivery. - Experience with build environments, delivery pipelines, test automation, and continuous integration tools. - Knowledge of software application testing tools, methodologies, and process frameworks. Requirements - Experience working in Windows/Linux development environments using open-source tools and platforms. - Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage projects through to completion. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with strong attention to detail. - Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact. - Driven to learn, stay current professionally, and provide constructive technical feedback to team members.
