That can include the following tasks: - Lead position of the web development team, working with project managers and UX/UI designers. - Design and write code & system architectures for web applications that scale to high-volume production quality. - Decide in cooperation with our CTO about Frontend and Backend Techstack changes. - Assist project managers to make sure the backlog is efficiently planned and occasionally assist in technical discussions. - Write automated tests to build and support the Hypercare Team maintaining the software. - Do code reviews with your team members. - Learn new technologies, languages, and techniques to adapt to the evolving needs of our clients. - Contribute and collaborate in the creation and consumption of open, standards-based solutions, while working with existing technologies and infrastructure. - Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements and drive those from concept to implementation. - Collaborate with other team members to define the internal processes and initiatives to help the company accomplish its mission. Qualifications - 5+ years of professional web development experience. - At least expert experience with a modern JavaScript framework like React JS/Redux, Vue JS, or Angular JS and one popular Backend language like PHP, Ruby, Python, Java, or JavaScript for Node.js. - High confidence in working with new tech-stacks that you haven't worked with before (platform agnostic). - Advanced experience in writing automated tests for web applications. - Enjoy working on challenging solutions and systems. - Experience with front-end architecture in an enterprise-level website. - Strong customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Confidence in communicating in English. - Experience with agile development and agile-based testing approaches. - Good command of English communications and presentation.
