• Lead solution design, demos, and POVs with prospects and customers to secure technical wins • Develop repeatable GTM plays for your 1-2 industry verticals, including personas, discovery questions, competitive positioning, and value propositions • Partner with Product and Marketing to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes and industry-specific points of view • Equip Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success with tools, playbooks, training for high-impact conversations • Participate in executive meetings and key pursuits to validate solution fit and shape deal strategy • Speak at industry events and customer forums as a thought leader
Job Requirements
- 12-15+ years in Consulting, Supply Chain Operations, or Go-to-Market Strategy roles in supply chain technology or consulting companies
- Deep understanding of at least two core verticals relevant to Lyric’s target markets
- Strong understanding of modern data pipelines, ETL processes, analytics, and emerging AI/ML capabilities
- Proven track record supporting enterprise sales cycles, demos, solution design, POVs, and implementation scoping
- Ability to translate customer needs into solution architectures and communicate value clearly to both technical and executive audiences
- Skilled at creating repeatable frameworks and solutions that scale in fast-paced environments
- Ability to build trust with customers and articulate complex solutions with clarity
