Job Requirements
- Experiência consolidada na construção ou evolução de Design Systems em produtos SaaS com múltiplas squads.
- Vivência com Design System como produto, incluindo roadmap, métricas e gestão de múltiplos stakeholders.
- Domínio avançado de Figma (variables, auto layout, component properties, Code Connect, branching e Figma Make).
- Conhecimento aprofundado em arquitetura de tokens semânticos e integração com ferramentas como Style Dictionary ou Token Studio.
- Expertise em padrões de design para produtos de IA, incluindo conversational UX, agentic workflows e human-in-the-loop.

Role Description We are seeking a talented UX Designer to support our client’s site builds from a design and technical perspective.
