Account Manager – VIP Clients, APAC

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of VIP clients, delivering a highly responsive, personalized, and best-in-class client experience across Binance’s ecosystem. • Build strong one-on-one relationships with clients by understanding their trading behaviors, business needs, and service expectations, while providing tailored support and account management to drive long-term engagement and loyalty. • Maintain high availability and responsiveness to support clients in a timely manner, ensuring smooth communication, prompt issue resolution, and consistent coverage for day-to-day account needs. • Drive client retention, activity growth, and wallet share expansion through proactive account management, strategic engagement, and customized solutions aligned with clients’ trading and operational requirements. • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, guiding them through Binance’s VIP program, platform features, product updates, and service offerings to ensure seamless account optimization and a strong overall client experience. • Identify relevant commercial opportunities across Binance’s product suite, including Spot, Margin, Futures, Options, OTC, Earn, and other applicable solutions, by aligning product offerings with individual client needs and preferences. • Monitor client activity, engagement trends, and account performance to anticipate needs, uncover growth opportunities, and provide data-backed recommendations that improve client satisfaction and business outcomes. • Prepare client updates, account reviews, and internal summaries to highlight client performance, service needs, risk considerations, and potential growth opportunities. • Partner closely with internal stakeholders including Product, Business Development, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to advocate for client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and enhance the overall VIP client experience.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years working experience in account management/sales function from financial/trading institutions.
  • Product knowledge from working in exchange/broker/trading firms.
  • Understand common trading strategies and how trading firms operate to make profit.
  • Strong client management skills including maintaining strong relationships, organizing client profiles and incentivise client business activities, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations.
  • Understanding of trading systems and API are strong plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Passionate about crypto. Industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
