The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking milestones, preparing stakeholder reports, and providing technical support across CRM tools and basic HTML tasks. - Oversee daily tasks and operational workflows, ensuring seamless coordination across Operations, Customer Service, and internal project teams. - Serve as a central point of contact between departments to facilitate clear communication and alignment on tasks. - Manage and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, timelines, and reports, keeping them accurate and up to date. - Monitor project milestones and task progress, follow up on outstanding action items, and proactively flag any risks or potential delays. - Develop internal updates, presentations, and progress reports to keep key stakeholders informed. - Handle system-related responsibilities, including managing and updating CRM platforms such as Fasttrack and Smartico. - Provide support for basic HTML tasks, such as formatting emails and performing content updates, as required. Qualifications - 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a Project Executive, Project Coordinator, or Operations Support capacity. - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a relevant discipline. - Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Familiarity with CRM platforms (Fasttrack, Smartico) and a basic understanding of HTML. Should also include hospital systems, contracted subcontractors (DME, Vision, etc.), and ancillary providers. - Develop/implement/manage programs and projects that support/impact high dollar and high member provider groups. - Perform site visits as needed. - Oversee resolution of provider issues managed by other Provider Network support teams. - Take corrective actions required up to and including termination, following Plan policies and procedures. - Operationalizes completed contracts with advanced complexity. - Consults on VBC contracts, facilitates for success (JOCs, performance overview, etc.) with specific bonuses attached to performance improvement. - Responsible to maintain and manage Value-Based contract requirements, including but not limited to; monitoring performance standards against VBC or State program requirements, working with key stakeholders and provide oversight on applicable data-sharing or report requirements. - General Operational Knowledge related to provider satisfaction, education, and communication with a fundamental understanding of operational items such as claims, payment integrity, provider data, credentialing, appeals disputes etc. - Support contracting for multiple product lines, including LTSS, Exchange, DSNP adequacy gaps (high complexity). - Assist with recruiting providers based on identified network adequacy gaps (high complexity). - Support of VBC negotiations; lead in VBC relationships; may lead negotiations.
