• Manage and streamline our due diligence response process. • Support the ongoing optimisation of LRC systems, tools, and workflows. • Take ownership of DDQ responses and coordinate cross-functional input. • Manage internal and external information requests and drive process improvements. • Ensure maintenance of accurate legal, compliance, and corporate information. • Support systems administration and ensure consistent compliance with regulatory and investor requirements. • Enable scalability and ensure a smooth, responsive experience for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a Paralegal, Compliance or Legal Support role, preferably within a technology, SaaS or data industry.
- Proven experience supporting due diligence and DDQ processes, including completion and coordination of legal, compliance, security, and third-party risk questionnaires.
- Familiarity with US and Canadian regulatory frameworks relevant to technology and data-driven businesses (e.g., FAR, DFARS, SAM.gov, data protection, sanctions, export controls).
- Experience maintaining government or compliance portals and registrations (e.g., SAM.gov).
- Experience conducting legal and regulatory research and preparing clear, structured summaries to support legal and compliance teams (non-advisory).
- Strong experience managing legal, compliance, and corporate documentation, including templates, standard responses, and knowledge repositories.
- Hands-on experience working with legal and compliance systems (e.g., contract lifecycle management tools, ticketing systems, compliance platforms, shared document environments).
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, IT, Security, Engineering, Sales, and other internal stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt content for US, Canadian, and international stakeholders.

About the Role ClassWallet is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing legal team. This role will report directly to the Director of Contracting and Legal Operations and will provide essential support to the Director and the broader legal department, including the Chief Legal Counsel, managing critical legal processes, coordinating documentation, and assisting with day-to-day legal operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Administration - LinkSquares Focus: - Administer the LinkSquares CLM platform (e.g., managing user access, permissions, and workflows). - Manage the template review cycle by proactively reminding in-house attorneys to update the contract templates based on legal and business changes. - Ensure all contract templates in the LinkSquares platform are up to date, accurately reflecting current legal terms and company policies, including uploading new templates or revised templates at least once per year. - Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, assisting with questions on the LinkSquares CLM platform, training users, and troubleshooting basic issues. Document Management & Proofreading: - Perform meticulous proofreading and editing of legal documents, including contracts, policies, corporate resolutions, and internal memoranda, to ensure accuracy, grammar, consistency, and adherence to established company standards. - Organize, file, and maintain both physical and electronic legal documents and records, ensuring easy access and compliance with retention policies. Signature & Execution Coordination: - Manage the end-to-end process for document execution, including obtaining and coordinating internal and external signatures for contracts, agreements, and corporate documents. - Track the status of documents requiring signature and maintain a centralized log of fully executed agreements. Legal Inquiries & Support: - Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, answering basic legal questions with the support of in-house counsel and directing complex matters to the appropriate in-house attorney. - Conduct the initial pass of vendor review, including reviewing standard vendor contracts and related documentation for completeness and identifying key legal issues for attorney review. - Assist in the preparation of standard legal correspondence, forms, and reports. - Conduct basic legal research and factual investigation as required by the legal team.
