In this dynamic remote role, you will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, delivering outstanding service across both online and offline retail touchpoints. - Serve as the primary Dutch-language point of contact for customers of a globally recognised casualwear retail brand, handling enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and warmth. - Assist Dutch-speaking customers with online orders, in-store purchase queries, product information, sizing guidance, and availability across both digital and physical retail channels. - Manage returns, refunds, exchanges, and complaints in line with company policy, ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey throughout the retail experience. - Navigate and update customer records accurately within CRM systems, maintaining a high standard of data integrity across all retail interactions. - Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams, following established protocols and keeping customers informed at every stage of the resolution process. - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services, contributing to the brand's revenue targets and enhancing the overall retail customer experience. - Stay current on product launches, seasonal collections, promotional campaigns, and retail brand updates to provide accurate and enthusiastic guidance to customers. - Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to share insights, improve service delivery processes, and contribute to a consistently high-performing customer support environment. Qualifications - Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role. - A valid EU passport or documentation confirming the legal right to work within the European Union is mandatory. - Previous experience in customer service, retail support, or a client-facing environment is strongly preferred. - Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport, handle challenging conversations with empathy, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. - Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM platforms, and standard customer support software; prior experience with retail systems is an advantage. - A genuine enthusiasm for fashion, casualwear, or the retail industry, combined with a customer-first mindset and a proactive, solutions-oriented work ethic.
