Role Description A rapid expansion within our team of network therapists and mental health professionals has created this opportunity for an experienced CBT therapist to undertake the role of Senior CBT Therapist, supporting the clinical Network oversight and assurance team. The overarching aim of the clinical network oversight team is to ensure high standards of clinical work across our network. You will work alongside a dedicated team of senior therapists, risk leads, and clinical leads across PMI, Corporate Psychological Therapy Service, and NHS Talking Therapies. This is an opportunity for a CBT therapist who is looking to diversify their role to provide effective delivery of clinical oversight and monitoring clinical governance of VHG's network of affiliate therapists, whilst holding their own small caseload. You will be working within a forward-thinking, dynamic clinical and operational leadership team who are passionate about creating a service of people that support our clients to improve their mental health and wellbeing. You will also hold a small caseload and have the opportunity to develop your clinical, supervision, and leadership skills.
