Senior UiPath Specialist
TEHORA inc.
• Analyser les besoins d’affaires et concevoir des solutions d’automatisation • Développer, implanter et maintenir des solutions UiPath • Participer à la conception, au développement et à la mise en production des robots (RPA) • Réaliser les tests, assurer le support post-déploiement (HyperCare) • Auditer les solutions existantes et proposer des améliorations • Participer à l’optimisation des processus d’automatisation • Effectuer des revues de code et résoudre les incidents techniques • Participer à la mise en place des standards techniques et de gouvernance • Contribuer au centre d’excellence (CoE) en automatisation • Former, encadrer et accompagner les équipes internes • Assurer le transfert de connaissances et la documentation • Produire des rapports d’avancement hebdomadaires détaillés.
Job Requirements
- Minimum de 2 années d’expérience pratique en développement et architecture UiPath
- Expérience confirmée avec UiPath Studio et UiPath Orchestrator
- Expérience en automatisation des processus (RPA)
- Connaissances en intégration de services infonuagiques
- Expérience en développement d’agents intelligents (IA)
- Capacité à concevoir et livrer des solutions complètes (analyse, design, développement, tests, mise en production)
- Réalisation d’un minimum de 3 projets similaires en automatisation UiPath au cours des 3 dernières années
- Expérience dans des projets couvrant l’ensemble du cycle de vie (analyse, développement, déploiement, support)
- Expérience dans des environnements technologiques complexes (un atout dans les secteurs de la santé ou du public)
- Détention des certifications obligatoires :
- UiPath Automation Developer Associate
- UiPath Agentic Automation Associate
- Détention d’un minimum de deux certifications complémentaires en lien avec UiPath ou technologies connexes
- Excellente capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe
- Aptitude à coacher, former et assurer le transfert de connaissances
- Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’organisation
- Excellente maîtrise du français oral et écrit.

• Review information provided by management to prepare federal position descriptions • Prepare position descriptions based on current position descriptions, organization charts, mission statements, and function statements • Supplement position information through desk audits and supervisory interviews as needed • Develop complete position description packages, including Optional Form 8 (OF-8) • Prepare evaluation statements to document classification findings • Evaluate existing position descriptions using OPM classification standards, principles, and methodology • Determine appropriate titles, occupational series, and grades for federal positions • Prepare Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) determinations for assigned positions • Provide technical classification assistance to supervisors and managers • Advise managers on position management and job content options to support mission needs • Review supervisory, nonsupervisory, professional, leader, administrative, clerical, and assistant positions • Evaluate positions with no directly applicable classification standard using appropriate comparison and analysis • Apply cross-series comparisons and related occupational standards when needed • Resolve classification issues of moderate to average technical difficulty • Support classification work for General Schedule and Administratively Determined positions • Refer GS-13 and above position descriptions to EOUSA for review before staffing and recruitment work begins • Maintain classification documentation in accordance with federal records requirements • Handle position, personnel, and organizational information with discretion • Perform work in accordance with DOJ, EOUSA, OPM, and federal classification requirements • Support timely, accurate, and compliant completion of classification and position management actions
