• Manage, organize, and prioritize the backlog for technical squads. • Refine requirements in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders. • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear, measurable functional requirements. • Ensure backlog priorities are aligned with the company's strategic objectives. • Identify, map, and track dependencies between squads and other involved areas. • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including refinement sessions, planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Monitor delivery progress and act to mitigate risks that may impact deadlines or quality. • Support technical teams in removing impediments related to the demands under your management. • Ensure proper documentation of initiatives and developed features. • Translate regulatory and operational requirements into actionable user stories and technical tasks. • Support audit processes related to the products and systems under your responsibility. • Ensure regulatory requirements are properly considered throughout the development cycle. • Maintain documentation and records required for compliance and governance processes. • Act as the primary point of contact between business areas, technology, and other stakeholders. • Align expectations, priorities, and timelines for initiatives. • Clearly communicate delivery status, risks, and identified dependencies.

• Act as the interface between clinical/care teams and the product & technology team in the squad's day-to-day work • Map, analyze and document existing clinical care protocols, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement using AI • Conduct interviews and discovery sessions with physicians, nurses and clinical managers to elicit functional and non-functional requirements • Translate clinical needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and epics in the product backlog • Validate with clinical teams that solutions delivered by engineering accurately reflect clinical workflows • Identify clinical and regulatory risks in requirements and flag them to the team before development • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, refinement) as the voice of the clinical area • Support the preparation of technical and clinical documentation required for internal approvals and audits

• Define and maintain the target-state business architecture for product lifecycle management (PLM) across engineering, supply chain, operations, and finance • Translate supply transformation strategy into actionable lifecycle process and capability roadmaps • Establish governance frameworks, standards, and protocols for PLM processes and data integrity • Map current- and future-state product lifecycle processes and identify capability gaps • Develop business requirements, functional specifications, and data models • Lead multi-functional workshops to capture and validate requirements • Evaluate and recommend PLM/ERP tools and integrations • Build cases, including return on investment and cost-benefit analyses • Define targets and metrics to measure and improve lifecycle performance • Partner with IT/solution architects to translate business needs into technical designs • Support change management, testing, deployment, and post-implementation optimization
