Role Description Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP PP/QM Consultant. As a Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team and subject matter expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. - Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. - At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology. - This role may involve elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD). Hence the eligible candidates must be US citizens or Permanent Residents only. - Location for this position is Washington, UT. This position may require travel to Project/client locations. Requirements - At least 9 years of experience in SAP PP/QM Skills. - At least 5 years of experience in SAP S4HANA PP/QM module. - Experience with at least 3 end-to-end S4HANA implementations in PPQM track. - Experience with End-to-End implementation in SAP PP with in-depth understanding of the following modules in SAP S4HANA PP: - Master data – Materials, BOM, Routing, work centers, production tools, Variant configuration (Class, characteristics and their assignment). - Planning & Forecasting - MRP. - Production processes and its SAP solutions – Standard, Remanufacturing, Rebuild, Foundry, Repetitive, Kanban. - Capacity planning. - MES integration. - Production order management & execution including availability checks, batch determination, confirmation, WIP processing and reporting, settlement. - Integration with other SAP modules like SAP SD, SAP PP and SAP FICO (Product costing). - Experience in SAP QM (Quality Management) is an added advantage: - Quality Info records. - Quality Inspection plans. - Usage decisions. - Record inspection results. - Inventory movement for items under inspection. - Disposal and scrap management. - Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel. - Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment. - Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. - The job entails extensive amount of travel. - The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. - Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. • Serve as a trusted partner to clients (utilities, municipalities, cooperatives, and private providers) • Help shape broadband strategies by leading the development of master plans, market assessments, and business cases • Offer thoughtful, executive-level guidance to senior stakeholders • Take the lead on delivering consulting engagements from start to finish • Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, GIS, financial modeling, grants, and construction • Oversee the evaluation and planning of fiber, fixed wireless, and hybrid broadband solutions • Assess existing infrastructure and help define smart, scalable deployment approaches • Drive key decisions around network architecture, capacity, and performance • Oversee the development of robust financial models (covering ROI, business cases, and operating scenarios) • Help clients navigate funding opportunities, including shaping strategies for federal and state programs like BEAD and NTIA • Provide direction on grant applications, compliance, and overall funding alignment • Play a visible role in stakeholder and community engagement, leading workshops, executive briefings, and public meetings • Collaborate with local governments, regulatory agencies, and funding entities • Manage relationships with vendors and partners across the broadband ecosystem • Provide oversight on execution of programs, keeping an eye on schedules, budgets, and risks • Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics • Guide clients as they transition from planning into engineering, construction, and implementation • Contribute to growth of the business by supporting proposals, defining scopes, and shaping pricing strategies • Uncover new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts and contribute to thought leadership efforts

• Determine clients' requirement for travel and advise itineraries based on best routes and cost • Make and confirm reservations using GDS • Notifies clients of travel dates, baggage limits, special requests like meals, wheelchair bassinet etc., visa requirements, and other relevant information • Interpret fare rules and advise fare rules and conditions to clients • Collects payments and issues clients' receipt, relevant documentation, tickets for travel • Advise schedule changes to clients in timely manner • Follow internal workflows using CRM and mid-office applications • Make follow-ups and convince clients • Be professional, and positive in handling clients

• Define new digital collaboration methods • Modernize tools and the digital work experience • Boost adoption of new digital tools within a large corporate client • Lead programs for IT infrastructure mergers or separations.
