Essential Functions - Deliver hands -on and virtual (web-based, instructor-led) training directly to biomedical engineers and technicians on ZOLL''s line of ventilators, aspirators, defibrillators and other products within the Acute Care Technology portfolio. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert for certifying others in the areas of device operation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair (BPs, ASPs, ZOLL technicians, trade shows, webinars etc.). - Create courseware content using online LMS tools, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and using available graphics and multimedia software. - Act as a key resource for ZOLL technical support and troubleshooting teams. - Revise training curriculum and methods as needed to improve effectiveness. - Work with video production and E-learning developers to assist in creating new training content for various distribution channels. - Manage technical training equipment and tools inventory to ensure logistical needs are met to support ZOLL training programs. - Attend cross-functional meetings as a representative of the service technical training team - Train new hires, assess and certify new trainers domestically and internationally Required/Preferred Education and Experience - Bachelor''s Degree In related field (strongly preferred) - 2 Years'' experience as a technical trainer, service technician or relevant experience (preferred) - Prior experience with mechanical ventilators either as a technician or respiratory therapist (preferred) - Prior experience delivering instructor-led and virtual content, and hands-on technical training to customers, public audiences, and internal teams (preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Background in electronics or clinical/biomedical engineering. - Knowledge of modern training tools and course development software. • Establish a metric-driven learning ecosystem to capture key growth milestones. • Conduct comprehensive, multi-city Training Needs Analysis (TNA/TNI), including physical on-site or local visits when necessary. • Design and deploy immersive, virtual, asynchronous, and self-pacing learning programs utilizing state-of-the-art authoring tools. • Provide field enablement to optimize performance across the company’s extensive network of 150+ corporate reseller partners.

• Coordinate the ongoing development of training and development programs in support of assigned areas. • Develop training plans for individuals and groups utilizing best practices and identify training outcomes while evaluating their achievement. • Monitor all training development coordination-related activities to ensure alignment with program goals. • Engage and collaborate with leadership to identify immediate and ongoing training and development needs and communicate training plans effectively. • Develop assessment tools for the training and development program, as well as individual outcomes assessment. • Coordinate and ensure that designated staff members receive required/mandatory trainings.
