Role Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Manager with experience in Graphic Design, Web Design, Web Development, and SEO. The ideal candidate will manage digital projects from start to finish while providing creative, technical, and optimization support. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Project Management: - Lead and manage IT and digital projects from planning through execution. - Develop and maintain project timelines, tasks, and documentation. - Coordinate with clients, designers, developers, and other stakeholders. - Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain quality standards. - Identify project risks and propose effective solutions. - Graphic & Web Design: - Create marketing materials, graphics, and visual assets (logos, banners, social media graphics, etc.). - Design website layouts, wireframes, and UI/UX elements. - Ensure consistent branding across platforms. - Web Development: - Build, update, and maintain websites (WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS tools). - Troubleshoot technical issues and perform website enhancements. - Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth performance and functionality. - SEO (Search Engine Optimization): - Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly. - Implement on-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, alt text, headers, and internal linking. - Identify and fix technical SEO issues. - Monitor website rankings and performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.). - Support content and development teams with SEO best practices. - Administrative Support: - Manage emails, schedules, and client communication. - Prepare reports, project updates, and presentations. - Organize files, assets, and project-related documentation.
