• Apoiar o planejamento e criação de CoEs e Esteiras Ágeis; • Acompanhar as demandas executadas pelos CoEs (centros de excelência); • Planejar e gerir iniciativas executadas pelas esteiras ágeis; • Acompanhar o valor agregado das esteiras ágeis; • Facilitar grupos de pessoas; • Mapear o processo As-Is (Diagnóstico); • Mapear o processo To-Be (Otimização); • Propor e construir de Indicadores das Esteira Ágeis, incluindo OKRs; • Realizar benchmarking de processo com as melhores práticas conhecidas; • Orientar a adoção de ferramentas corporativas; • Realizar digitalização LowCode usando Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate e demais de mercado; • Realizar digitalização através do ServiceNow e demais ferramentas de construção de fluxo e de mercado; • Realizar a robotização de processos (RPA); • Estruturar a Gestão da Mudança das Esteiras Ágeis; • Apoiar a inclusão no Portfólio para iniciativas de digitalização complexas (não aptas a abordagem LowCode); • Mensurar o valor do potencial de ganho das Esteiras Ágeis; • Estruturar o Plano de Recomendação das Esteiras Ágeis com sugestões de curto, médio e longo prazo; • Apoiar na estruturação e acompanhamento do ciclo de inovação, desde a fase de ideação até o escalonamento; • Suportar a arquitetura de processos corporativos (Cadeia de Valor e Mapa de Processos); • Executar outras tarefas de mesma natureza e nível de complexidade associadas ao ambiente organizacional

Job Requirements

  • Escolaridade Mínima: Superior completo nas áreas de Análise de Sistemas, Administração ou Engenharia.
  • Escolaridade Desejável: Pós em Gerenciamento de Projetos.
  • Conhecimentos Mínimos: Lógica de programação;
  • Notação BPMN;
  • Técnicas de facilitação (Ex: Lean Inception, Design Thinking);
  • Soluções e ferramentas LowCode (Microsoft Power Apps e Power Automate);
  • ServiceNow;
  • Metodologias ágeis e práticas Lean;
  • Ferramentas de colaboração e produtividade Microsoft (Teams, Planner, Outlook, Word e Power Point);
  • Domínio em Microsoft Excel avançado;
  • Microsoft PowerBI.

Role Description The Construction Investigator is a critical position within the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC). The Construction Investigator investigates complaints pertaining to violations of Arizona Contracting Laws. This position will report to an Assistant Chief of Investigations and will be assigned complaints in and around Maricopa County, AZ. The Investigator will be supplied a vehicle, cell phone and laptop to complete assigned cases. Due to the public contact and outreach associated with this position, all Investigators are required to maintain a professional appearance. Job Duties - Investigate complaints against licensed contractors within the assigned region. - Conduct inspections regarding poor workmanship allegations and document findings. - Complete reports and write Directives, Warnings or other official documents. - Increase public awareness of the Registrar of Contractors by providing general information to individuals and groups in an assigned region. - Testify in administrative hearings. Qualifications - Equivalent to 5 years as a Licensed Contractor or in construction industry management or in building/construction inspections. - Equivalent to a High School Diploma. - International Code Council Certification or ability to obtain certification within one year upon employment. - Please include on your resume any certifications or applicable licenses you hold (current or past/expired).
