Role Description The Construction Investigator is a critical position within the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC). The Construction Investigator investigates complaints pertaining to violations of Arizona Contracting Laws. This position will report to an Assistant Chief of Investigations and will be assigned complaints in and around Maricopa County, AZ. The Investigator will be supplied a vehicle, cell phone and laptop to complete assigned cases. Due to the public contact and outreach associated with this position, all Investigators are required to maintain a professional appearance. Job Duties - Investigate complaints against licensed contractors within the assigned region. - Conduct inspections regarding poor workmanship allegations and document findings. - Complete reports and write Directives, Warnings or other official documents. - Increase public awareness of the Registrar of Contractors by providing general information to individuals and groups in an assigned region. - Testify in administrative hearings. Qualifications - Equivalent to 5 years as a Licensed Contractor or in construction industry management or in building/construction inspections. - Equivalent to a High School Diploma. - International Code Council Certification or ability to obtain certification within one year upon employment. - Please include on your resume any certifications or applicable licenses you hold (current or past/expired). Requirements - Candidates for this position will be required to submit to a criminal history investigation. - Requires possession of and ability to retain a current, valid Arizona-issued driver’s license appropriate to the assignment. - Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver’s license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records and must complete any required driver training (see Arizona Administrative Code R2-10-207.12). - All newly hired State employees are subject to and must successfully complete the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify). • Supervise all leasing, collections, maintenance dispatching, and administrative activities. • Ensure all rental inquiries are answered promptly. • Monitor lead conversion rates, applications, approvals, move-ins, and occupancy levels. • Supervise daily posting of rental advertisements on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow, and other rental platforms. • Review guest cards, applications, collections reports, and vacancy reports. • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up until completed. • Manage and supervise team members and provide daily performance coaching. • Identify operational problems and recommend solutions to improve occupancy and collections.

• The Program Associate, Beacon ensures the effective implementation and execution of the AACN Beacon Award Program, ensuring alignment with program and organizational objectives. • This role serves as the principal internal authority for inquiries from customers and volunteer reviewers, exercising advanced problem-solving capabilities to resolve complex issues, streamline cross-functional processes, and optimize program workflows to ensure successful strategic outcomes. • Operating with a high level of autonomy, this role evaluates complex program requirements. • It suggests initiatives to align with program and organizational goals, ensuring the operational optimization and continuous evaluation of the Beacon Award program. • The position applies expertise to exercise discretion in decision-making on business matters affecting Beacon outcomes, focusing on administering program workflows, leading high-level communication, and making independent determinations to interpret guidelines and implement appropriate resolution pathways in varied and complex situations.

• Perform supportive outreach, follow-up, and engagement with members. • Facilitate programs and activities that promote holistic health and improve members’ health literacy/education (teaching self-management skills, sharing self-help recovery resources, distributing educational materials on chronic conditions, etc. • Arrange/schedule various member services, including appointments, wellness reminders, and non-emergency medical transportation needs. • Collaborate with the Care Manager and other personnel of the care team to communicate information regarding the members’ care, including health updates and changes. • Participate in relevant educational case conferences. • Ensure the proper storage and transmission of sensitive health records.
