Role Description We’re looking for a new kind of Product Manager—someone who doesn’t just define products but can prototype, test, and iterate independently using modern AI tools. This role reflects a shift in product management: from coordination-heavy execution to hands-on creation, rapid experimentation, and deep user understanding. You will operate with high autonomy, combining product thinking, technical fluency, and strong taste to ship meaningful experiences faster. - Build prototypes, landing pages, and lightweight applications independently using modern no/low-code and AI-assisted tools - Rapidly validate product ideas using tools like Replit, Lovable, Claude Code, or similar platforms - Translate product concepts into working demos within hours or days—not weeks - Conduct frequent user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions with customers and prospects - Synthesize user feedback, product data, and intuition into clear, high-impact product opportunities - Drive intuitive, elegant user experiences with a strong focus on simplicity, quality, and attention to detail - Define metrics, analyze product usage data, and run experiments to inform product decisions - Leverage AI and automation tools to prototype features, streamline workflows, and increase team velocity - Clearly communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs across cross-functional stakeholders - Foster a high-performance culture built on ownership, speed, accountability, and high standards Qualifications - A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree - 2–5 years of Product Management experience building products in EdTech, SaaS, HealthTech, marketplaces, or consumer technology companies - Strong user-centric mindset with experience conducting user research, gathering feedback, and translating insights into product decisions - Builder mentality with the ability to create prototypes, validate ideas quickly, and leverage AI-assisted or no-code tools independently - Analytical and data-driven approach with experience using SQL, product metrics, experimentation, and analytics tools to drive decisions - Technical fluency with a solid understanding of software systems, APIs, backend architectures, or microservices, plus familiarity with coding concepts and AI coding tools - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ownership mindset with the ability to move fast and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
