The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, collecting, organizing, and maintaining accurate information about real estate projects, developers, floor plans, pricing, and property-related assets in the company's database. - Research and collect real estate project information from various online sources. - Gather and update project details including location, developer information, unit types, pricing, payment plans, and amenities. - Upload and organize project images, brochures, floor plans, and related documents. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's database and CRM system. - Verify the accuracy and completeness of all collected information before submission. - Update project information regularly based on the latest market developments. - Organize digital files and ensure proper documentation of all project assets. - Prepare reports and summaries as required by management. Qualifications - Previous experience in Data Entry, Online Research, or Real Estate Administration. - Strong internet research and data collection skills. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and online databases. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Good written and verbal English communication skills. - Reliable computer and internet connection. Requirements - Experience in the UAE real estate market. - Familiarity with real estate developers, projects, and property-related terminology. - Experience working with CRM systems and real estate databases.
