• Guide sales opportunities through the entire sales funnel with a focus on conversion and revenue generation; • Conduct consultative meetings with prospective clients, identifying needs and presenting solutions tailored to their context; • Prepare commercial proposals and manage mid- to high-value negotiations; • Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring correct use of the CRM and monitoring opportunities; • Track sales performance indicators and propose actions to optimize results; • Act strategically to build long-term relationships with clients and prospects; • Share market feedback and insights, contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes and the customer experience; • Identify growth and expansion opportunities within the market.
