• Performance and KPI Analysis • Analyze and update commercial KPIs and campaign performance weekly • Prepare and send sales rankings and monthly reports • Communication and Request Management • Centralize verification and responses to tickets, emails, and WhatsApp messages • Monitor Reclame Aqui and submit monthly targets • Conduct combined weekly meetings for results and alignment • Plan monthly meetings for knowledge sharing and feedback • Deliver monthly training on methodology, systems, and tools • Oversee trainings on the Sults platform and by external suppliers • Perform monthly checklists and audits, recording all activities • Update spreadsheets and manage reimbursements weekly • Monitor the use of installment systems and CRM monthly
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in: Business Administration, Marketing, or Commercial Management
- Preferably pursuing a Postgraduate/MBA near completion in a related field
- Reside in São Paulo
- Availability to travel
- Experience with franchises, preferably in the aesthetic (beauty) segment

• Review and finalize custom furniture projects, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with established standards • Collaborate with designers and sales/design consultants to ensure client specifications are fully incorporated into the final projects • Assess technical details such as dimensions, materials, and production methods to ensure manufacturability and production efficiency • Prepare the executive drawing/package containing all technical information for client approval and for assembly guidance • Work with the production team to clarify questions and ensure proper execution of the projects • Perform post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction • Monitor and carry out the assembly schedule • Perform final measuring at the client's residence
