• Develop, maintain, and evolve applications using the Flutter framework and the Dart language; • Build new features while ensuring technical quality, stability, performance, and usability; • Maintain and enhance applications that are published in production; • Ensure the application of development best practices and technical standardization; • Evaluate the current application architecture and propose structural improvements; • Identify opportunities for scalability, optimization, and technological evolution; • Support technical decisions related to architecture, integrations, and product growth; • Contribute to the technical sustainability of solutions and to continuous improvement of development processes; • Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, promoting performance improvements; • Ensure the stability and quality of the user experience; • Work on resolving complex problems and performing high‑criticality technical analyses; • Support investigations and troubleshooting of production incidents; • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a cooperative, agile environment; • Participate in technical discussions and contribute to strategic decision making; • Share knowledge and support the technical development of the team; • Ensure alignment between developed solutions, product objectives, and business needs.

• Work with Back End Frameworks such as .NET 10 • Utilize Front End framework Blazor • Implement Gen AI tools like GitHub Copilot

• Participate in requirements gathering sessions to build Requirement Specification and Design Documents • Prepare time estimates and justifications for assigned tasks • Code, test, debug, implement and document moderately-complex to complex technical programs • Provide on-call support, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis • Participate in and conduct peer reviews as needed • Evaluate existing systems and programs to recommend potential enhancements • Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects
