Flutter Developer
MED-REVIEW
• Develop, maintain, and evolve applications using the Flutter framework and the Dart language; • Build new features while ensuring technical quality, stability, performance, and usability; • Maintain and enhance applications that are published in production; • Ensure the application of development best practices and technical standardization; • Evaluate the current application architecture and propose structural improvements; • Identify opportunities for scalability, optimization, and technological evolution; • Support technical decisions related to architecture, integrations, and product growth; • Contribute to the technical sustainability of solutions and to continuous improvement of development processes; • Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, promoting performance improvements; • Ensure the stability and quality of the user experience; • Work on resolving complex problems and performing high‑criticality technical analyses; • Support investigations and troubleshooting of production incidents; • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a cooperative, agile environment; • Participate in technical discussions and contribute to strategic decision making; • Share knowledge and support the technical development of the team; • Ensure alignment between developed solutions, product objectives, and business needs.
Job Requirements
- Experience developing with Flutter;
- Solid experience with the Flutter framework and Dart language;
- Experience with applications published and maintained in production;
- Knowledge of software architecture and structural improvement of applications;
- Experience optimizing performance and scalability of mobile systems;
- Experience working in cross‑functional squads and agile environments;
- Bachelor’s degree in Analysis and Systems Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
