Job Requirements

  • High school diploma (university studies in progress desirable)
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare sector
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with systems (CRM)
  • Familiarity with digital channels (chat, WhatsApp and email)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with active listening and empathy
  • Resilient, proactive and solution-oriented profile
