• Elaborar e revisar TSSR conforme padrões da TIM; • Analisar informações técnicas de site (RAN, infraestrutura, energia e transmissão); • Validar documentação técnica recebida de campo; • Interpretar plantas técnicas e layouts em CAD; • Garantir conformidade com normas técnicas e exigências do cliente; • Controlar prazos e atualização de relatórios.

• Design enterprise data models using dimensional modeling, Data Vault 2.0, or similar methodologies • Architect and maintain data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouse environments • Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and schema governance across domains • Implement data governance frameworks including cataloging, lineage tracking, and metadata management • Build automated data quality checks, validation rules, and anomaly detection into pipelines • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations through access controls and data classification • Build and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines with full observability and alerting • Implement change data capture patterns, real-time ingestion, and ELT/ETL frameworks • Administer and scale cloud data platforms; optimize storage, compute, and cost efficiency • Partner with analytics engineers, data scientists, and BI teams to deliver trusted data products • Define data contracts between producers and consumers; mentor junior engineers

• Lead end-to-end optimization of new Nokia wireless networks introduction in the UK, focusing on capacity and architecture design, network performance improvements, and cluster & feature acceptances • Conduct root cause analyses to identify performance issues and implement effective solutions post-launch • Collaborate with a dynamic team of experts, fostering an environment of continuous learning and knowledge sharing • Engage directly with customers to provide consultative insights on 4G and 5G technologies and best practices • Utilize cutting-edge tools and methodologies to tackle complex network performance challenges • Drive customer satisfaction through enhanced network performance and innovative service delivery
