• To maximise B2B sales using knowledge of IKEA range, local market and my customers, as well as the IKEA tools and the experience and expertise. • Support the efficient work of the IKEA mechanical sales system to ensure the continued success of the IKEA concept. • Strong knowledge about IKEA products & services and support customers by providing clear & structured guides through B2B selling process. • Plan and initiate proactive sales outreach to attract new business clients and expand the client base. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business customers to drive loyalty, retention, and repeat purchases. • Manage and assign incoming enquiries and project leads across all channels to ensure efficient handling and timely response. • Identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with the country and store sales teams. • Follow through and coordinate the full sales process — from quotation to delivery — together with Fulfilment, Interior Design, and Service Providers, ensuring a smooth customer experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Fulfilment, Finance, Interior Design) to implement commercial activations, campaigns, and customer projects. • Analyse market trends, sales data, and customer insights to identify gaps and provide actionable recommendations for growth. • Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of performance and conversion results. • Support the development and execution of commercial activation activities that generate new leads and strengthen IKEA for Business awareness. • Identify and propose process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and the client experience.
Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English and Thai.
- Passion and knowledge of home furnishing, interior design, retail and communications with IKEA identity.
- Good analytical and numerical skills, presentation and negotiation skills and decision-maker with good problem-solving experience.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in order to making the most efficient use of resources available.
- Creative, commercial visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Self-starting, self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Possesses their own car and holds a valid driver’s license.

Role Description The Sales Director is a visionary leader responsible for driving membership and business growth through agent and agency recruitment, career partnerships, market development, and community engagement. This role drives business development through relationship-building, industry events, community engagement, and innovative growth strategies. The role equips agents with training, tools, technology, and support needed to grow their business across Medicare, ACA, Life, Supplemental, and Group insurance products. You’ll help create an environment where collaboration fuels measurable results. Qualifications - Three (3) + years of experience in the healthcare or Medicare industry, with a proven track record of managing insurance agents, agency relationships, and driving business growth. Previous broker or agency experience is preferred. - College degree preferred. - Active Health Insurance License required. - Bilingual in Spanish or Creole is required. Vietnamese is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to quickly establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with agent partners. - Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of and ability to effectively present ACA, Medicare, Life, and Ancillary insurance products. - Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned market, including overnight travel as needed. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. - Must have reliable transportation. - Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. - Innovative, results-driven, and focused on achieving growth objectives.
