SHOP APOTHEKE EUROPE
• Plan, implement, and own Google Shopping & Search and Bing campaigns end-to-end. From strategy and structure to day-to-day optimisation. • Strategically develop and scale the paid search advertising channel, shaping its long-term direction. • Take full responsibility for significant advertising budgets, spending them as if they were your own. • Optimise the search & shopping campaign portfolio end-to-end: structure, bidding, audiences, feeds, and copy. • Analyse performance data, surface insights, and translate them into concrete optimisation actions. • Own the annual budget plan and KPI framework; present results and strategy to senior stakeholders. • Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives and turn learnings into lasting improvements. • Collaborate closely with Analytics, Data, Pricing, and Country Management teams to ensure campaign relevance and measurement accuracy. • AI & Automation: We actively encourage using AI tools, scripts, and automation to multiply your impact. If you've built smart workflows or experimented with LLMs in a marketing context - bring those ideas. We want to hear them!
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on SEA / Performance Marketing experience, with proven ownership of Shopping and Search campaigns at scale.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search & Shopping), Bing Ads, Google Merchant Center, and feed optimisation — tools like ProductsUp are a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset: you live in the data, love finding patterns, and know how to act on them.
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; comfortable with attribution models and web analytics (GA4, etc.).
- Fluent English is a must; German is a strong plus and will give you an edge in our team.

• This role is field-based, and candidates should live within a reasonable distance from the primary city. • The Eye Care Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) acts as an alternative in-office resource that is available to address HCP questions about patient access. • The FRM calls directly on HCP offices in their assigned, specific geography to answer questions about patient access & reimbursement in support of the AbbVie Eye Care products. • The FRM provides expertise on coverage and common access and reimbursement challenges affecting AbbVie Eye Care products. • The FRM responsibilities include educating on the access and reimbursement support tools available from AbbVie, advising HCPs on patient prescription status and program eligibility, and educating HCP offices on payer processes and procedures. • Collaborate with AbbVie’s Access and Reimbursement Support Center to relay prescription status and program eligibility updates. • Report back payer trends related for approved products to Patient Services and MHC account management teams. • Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate providers within territory. • Remain current on key managed care, reimbursement, and policy activities.
