Job Description

Census Management Supervisor

Dragonfly Health

• Supervises a team of Census Management Analysts • Leads and trains new team members on improvement initiatives for census management workflow • Monitors metrics to determine profitability margins • Reports patient information in the system • Identifies client trends and resolves issues with action plans • Creates monthly metric reports and leads census management projects • Assists team with client census audits • Verifies discrepancies with clients and providers • Creates training documentation like PowerPoint presentations • Resolves escalated census management issues • Acts as a resource for cross-functional departments

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, healthcare, or medical billing certificate preferred
  • 2 years proven experience in a senior or lead role required
  • 5+ years' experience interfacing with customers and/or vendors
  • Experience leading data audits and influencing key stakeholders to meet deadlines
  • Six Sigma experience or certification preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or medical fields preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills required
  • Excellent analytical skills to review data and provide summary of findings
  • Ability to work independently with good prioritization skills
  • High attention to detail required
  • Strong knowledge of business and communications software (MS Office) and web-based tools required
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
