AMOS Application Administrator

Ascent Global Logistics

• Responsible for the day-to-day administration, optimization, and support of the AMOS airline maintenance software solution. • Serve as the primary technical and functional expert for AMOS, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and effective utilization. • Administer and configure AMOS to support maintenance, engineering, logistics, and related business processes. • Act as the primary point of contact for AMOS-related incidents, service requests, and queries from business users. • Develop and maintain runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge base articles for AMOS. • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of key AMOS data. • Support compliance with EASA/FAA and other applicable regulatory requirements by ensuring AMOS configuration and records support audit-readiness, among other responsibilities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered.
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with AMOS or a comparable aviation MRO/M&E system (e.g., TRAX, Ramco, OASES, Veryon, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance and engineering processes, including line/base maintenance, component maintenance, planning, and materials management.
  • Experience in application administration: user/role management, configuration, testing, and production support.
  • Solid knowledge of data structures and reporting within enterprise applications; familiarity with SQL or reporting tools is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements (e.g., EASA Part-M/145, FAA Part 121/145 or equivalent) and their impact on maintenance records.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Direct, hands-on administration or super-user experience specifically with AMOS in an airline, MRO, or CAMO environment.
  • Customer focus and service-oriented mindset toward operational maintenance teams.

Role Description Examinetics is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Contracts Administrator! The Contracts Administrator supports the review, revision, and coordination of client and supplier agreements. This role reviews contract terms, redlines agreements, identifies risk areas, coordinates internal feedback, and helps move contracts efficiently through the approval process. The Contracts Administrator works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure agreements align with company standards, minimize risk, and are processed accurately and efficiently. Primary Responsibilities: - Review, edit, and redline a variety of client-facing and supplier/vendor contracts. - Identify legal, commercial, operational, and compliance-related risks in contract language. - Compare third-party paper against company standards, templates, and preferred terms. - Draft revisions, fallback language, and alternative clauses for negotiation. - Coordinate contract review with internal stakeholders such as legal, finance, procurement, sales, operations, IT, and leadership. - Track contract status, open issues, approvals, deadlines, renewals, and execution steps. - Maintain organized contract files, templates, and version control. - Escalate higher-risk or non-standard legal terms to counsel or leadership as appropriate. - Ensure contracts are reviewed and returned within established turnaround time expectations. - Maintain accurate contract documentation, approvals, and executed agreements. - Communicate contract status, issues, and potential risks to internal stakeholders in a timely manner. - Contract data management, including support of the annual update of contract pricing. Work Schedule: - Part-time role averaging 20–25 hours per week. - Fully remote.
