• Mandatory use of Cursor: all professionals must use Cursor (AI-powered IDE) as the standard daily tool for development, testing, and automation. • Version control with Git/GitLab: proficiency with Git and GitLab workflows (branches, merge requests, code review). • Agile methodology: experience in Scrum/Kanban environments, with active participation in ceremonies (planning, daily stand-up, review, retrospective). • Asynchronous collaboration: strong written communication and documentation of your own work. • Problem solving: analytical ability to investigate root causes of incidents, not just treat symptoms. • Proactivity: anticipate risks and propose improvements without waiting for direction; identify and raise issues before they escalate. • Autonomy: work independently in an environment with limited documentation, making responsible decisions within your scope. • Adaptability: comfortable working in a changing context (ongoing stack and cloud migration). • Clear communication: translate technical issues for business stakeholders and align expectations. • Teamwork: collaborative, open to code review, and willing to share knowledge to reduce single-person dependencies. • Responsibility (ownership): sense of ownership over deliveries and the stability of the environment. • Continuous learning: willingness to grow technically, especially in using AI and new platform technologies.
Job Requirements
- Experience with .NET 6+ and REST API development
- Automated testing (unit and integration) and a strong code quality culture
- Database versioning (migrations) and good data modeling practices
- Secure development best practices (authentication/authorization, handling sensitive data)
- Microservices architecture, Docker and Kubernetes, message queues, event-driven architecture, and SOLID principles
- Observability: instrumentation, logging and metrics for incident diagnosis
- Mandatory use of Cursor and AI to enhance productivity
