Role Description We are seeking a Senior Java Backend Engineer to join a platform engineering team building a next-generation self-service platform for application developers. The platform is already in production beta with multiple microservices and requires feature enhancements, scalability improvements, security hardening, and performance optimization. • Develop technological solutions that improve the speed and quality of healthcare services. • Write clean, well-structured code, perform rigorous testing to ensure system quality, and troubleshoot technical issues. • Create APIs to facilitate communication and collaborate with the team to find solutions and drive innovation. • Analyze and interpret user stories to be developed, translating requirements into technically viable solutions; • Write well-structured, clean, understandable, and testable code, using software development best practices; • Perform manual and automated unit, integration, and acceptance testing of features, ensuring system quality, stability, and compliance with established requirements; • Maintain Inovadora's products by identifying and resolving technical issues, bugs, and software defects; • Create and keep technical documentation up to date for the tasks you develop, ensuring system usability and understanding, and minimizing wasted time and rework across the team; • Manage and integrate databases and storage systems, ensuring data integrity and security. Implement security measures to reduce vulnerabilities and protect data and system functionality; • Identify software performance bottlenecks and optimize server-side efficiency to ensure fast response times and scalability; • Create APIs and web services to enable communication between different parts of the system and with third-party applications; • Work in partnership with your team and other Inovadora colleagues, resolving questions, identifying opportunities, and supporting the development of solutions to encountered problems.

• Development, maintenance, and testing of APIs and microservices architecture with full command of the Golang framework and AWS cloud. • Proven experience in projects and teams using agile practices.

• .NET Architecture and Development: Design, develop, test and maintain robust APIs and scalable microservices architectures, with deep expertise in the .NET Core platform. • Cloud Native Ecosystem: Implement resilient solutions using the core AWS stack, designing components based on event-driven processing and serverless architectures. • Quality and Testing: Ensure application stability through automated tests (unit, integration and functional) and rigorous code reviews. • Agile Culture: Actively participate and collaborate in cross-functional teams using agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), from business refinement through deployment. • Technical Innovation: Apply and experiment with practical Artificial Intelligence tools in development workflows to optimize routines and improve productivity.
