Senior Loan Officer Assistant

CrossCountry Mortgage

• Supports the McCauley team of CrossCountry Mortgage in Dallas, TX. • Responsible for managing the loan officers’ schedules and assists the Loan Processor. • Manages the branch lead tracker and branch database. • Maintains business rapport. • Schedules all loan officer appointments, including new leads and additional appointments for the Branch Manager. • Takes all incoming calls. • Assists Loan Partner II with clerical tasks, such as copying and faxing documents. • Schedules regular weekly face-to-face meetings based on branch metrics and operations. • Meets branch objectives specific to pre-qualifications and pre-approvals. • Attends branch events to assist Loan Officer in building clientele. • Completes and maintains branch-assigned checklists, files, analysis within allotted branch deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years’ residential mortgage processing experience.
  • Encompass experience, required.
  • Experience with RESPA and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations, and loan documents preferred.
  • Excellent math and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows.
