• Prepare test environments for access control solutions, configuring systems, devices and rules required to validate scenarios. • Execute manual tests including functional, operational, exploratory, regression and integration tests, considering real-world usage scenarios involving software, hardware and business rules. • Develop and maintain test automation to support recurring validations, including APIs, interfaces, access rules, logs and events. • Use AI tools to increase productivity in the QA process, supporting the creation of scenarios, test cases, documentation, log analysis and generation of test data. • Validate integrations with equipment such as controllers, turnstiles, barrier gates, facial readers, biometric devices and RFID readers, ensuring proper communication, synchronization and event recording. • Log, classify and track bugs, documenting evidence, reproducing failures and validating fixes with technical teams. • Support approvals and work in partnership with product, development, deployment and project teams.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with manual testing
  • Experience with test automation
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP, gateway, ping, TCP/IP)
  • Ability to prepare test environments
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL for queries, record validation and log analysis
  • Experience with automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Postman, Robot Framework or similar
  • Ability to log bugs clearly, provide evidence and assign proper priorities
  • Organized, investigative, analytical and detail-oriented profile
  • Autonomous, technically curious and hands-on attitude

Role Description As a Senior QE Lead, you are responsible for ensuring software product quality through the design, execution, and documentation of manual and automated tests within the QE organization. You will work cross-functionally to improve the quality of our software, and do so with clear communication, efficient program planning, and deep focus on overall project execution.
