Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions.
- Experience in budget management and sales forecasting.

Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work schedule, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise. SCHEDULE Training - We will provide study time and exam to obtain required Personal Lines licensure, if needed. - 15 week training for unlicensed, 13 weeks for licensed. - Next Start Date: 7/6 (unlicensed), 7/20 (licensed) - Training hours: M-F 9:30 am - 6:00 pm EST - Please note that time off during training is not accommodated Post-Training Our next hiring need for January will entail the below schedule: - M-F 2:30 pm - 11 pm EST. - Opportunity for shift differential post-training COMPENSATION The hourly rate for this position is $25. We are a metric driven, pay-for-performance, award-winning sales organization. There is potential to earn lucrative rewards, including monthly, quarterly, and annual pay-outs along with sales incentives and contests. Average monthly earnings are $500+, with top monthly earners exceeding $2000. There is an opportunity to earn up to a shift differential for the schedule, post-training.
