• Lead long-range planning, scenario modeling, performance analysis, and financial strategy aligned with company growth objectives • Act as a key advisor to CFO and executive leadership on strategic and operational decisions • Drive insights across Sales, Marketing, and Product to optimize revenue growth and efficiency while aligning on business strategies and priorities • Oversee and refine performance metrics such as MRR, net retention, cohort growth, and unit economics to regularly improve the business • Evaluate strategic initiatives, new markets, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities • Build and present high-impact narratives for leadership, board, and investors • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing finance and operations teams

• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable activities; • Execute transfer/disbursement processes; • Issue and monitor boletos (Brazilian payment slips), invoices and payment receipts; • Post financial entries in the system and keep records up to date; • Perform bank reconciliations, identify discrepancies and verify applicable fees (D+1); • Support the preparation of financial reports and cash flow control; • Monitor due dates to prevent late payments or delinquencies; • Assist suppliers, clients and partners with financial inquiries; • Support monthly financial closing and accounting/reporting; • Verify fiscal and accounting documents; • Organize and file financial documents; • Process disbursements to partners according to monthly apportionment; • Record settlements in the system after processes are completed; • Maintain communication with contracting parties about amounts received; • Follow up on outstanding financial balances and perform collections; • Make payments of taxes and fees (ISS, TLF, among others) within deadlines; • Reconcile and organize bank accounts; • Issue and manage bank statements; • Update internal controls, such as balance spreadsheets; • Manage card machines and banking routines;

• Develops or enhances existing driver based forecast models to predict financial performance under different scenarios and reduces limitations related to qualitative overlays • Owns the monthly forecast process with Line of Business partner and provides oversight to business performance versus Plan and actuals with the ability to quickly identify risks and opportunities to the forecast • Ability to build nuanced business cases to manage new investments into AI as well as the associated benefits of new capabilities • Creates reporting to track progress relative to gearing models and strategic initiatives • Provides perspective on external benchmarks to business performance and strategic positioning • Strategic partner to the Head of Commercial Onboarding and Servicing and to the entire Commercial Bank Leadership Team • Partners with the Line of Business and Finance teams to provide insight and transparency into performance relative to strategic priorities and key performance metrics • Presents to senior leadership on a quarterly or monthly basis with a focus on translating business driver trends to forward looking risks and opportunities • Proactively reviews financials/client activity and works closely with Line of Business partners to elevate critical topics for monthly business reviews • Lead and develop a high performing team of analysts • Provides support around month-end close including variance analysis and impact to future performance • Proactively seek out opportunities to eliminate inefficient or redundant activities and reporting • Continuously identifies areas where manual processes can be transformed to automated or self-service activities • Supports Finance initiatives as needed
