• Conduct active and inbound prospecting of clients (individuals and businesses). • Present and offer insurance products and services according to the client's profile and needs. • Provide consultative service, delivering clear and concise information about coverages, terms, and benefits. • Lead negotiations and close sales. • Monitor ongoing proposals and provide post-sale support. • Keep the CRM up to date with contact records and opportunities. • Work in alignment with the team and follow the insurance brokerage's commercial guidelines.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or currently enrolled in higher education (Business Administration, Law, Insurance, or related fields);
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication;

• Perform preventive maintenance, fault repairs and corrective actions on elemental analysis instruments, metallographic equipment, thermal analysis instruments and GC-MS systems. • Install new equipment and perform upgrades on existing systems. • Provide training on theory, operation, software and maintenance best practices. • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, including engineers and field technicians. • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to components and instrumentation. • Prepare technical and expense reports using corporate tools. • Participate in trainings and certifications as required. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services. • Carry out all tasks assigned by area leadership.
