• Atuar nos processos de implantação conduzindo atividades previstas de acordo com o cronograma; • Realizar entrevistas para o mapeamento de processos dos clientes; • Preparar as configurações e cadastros iniciais do ambiente/sistema, com base no mapeamento realizado; • Realizar a homologação das novas configurações a serem entregues ao cliente; • Registrar e organizar os artefatos previstos no processo de implantação; • Conduzir capacitações internas com os times sobre regras de negócio e configurações aplicadas em projetos; • Acompanhar in loco a entrada em produção (Go Live); • Realizar a cerimônia de "repasse de bastão" à equipe de Suporte, após o período de acompanhamento; • Garantir os registros na base de conhecimento; • Contribuir com a aplicação das melhores práticas e propor melhorias no processo de implantação; • Reportar à coordenação, sobre movimentações estratégicas que possam surgir por parte dos clientes; • Realizar abertura de chamados reportando ocorrências para outros times; • Atuar na análise e atendimento de chamados enviados pelo cliente de forma remota ou presencial; • Realizar análise e validação de migrações; • Realizar demonstrações e provas de conceito dos sistemas Celk; • Prestar suporte as demais atividades da área de Serviços; • Registrar os resultados do trabalho, alimentando indicadores da área.
