Junior Agile Analyst

• Ensure that all teams and areas across the organization effectively adopt agile practices, promoting continuous improvement across processes. • Facilitate the removal of high-impact impediments that affect multiple teams or departments, helping to create a collaborative and productive environment. • Work closely with team leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and agile team deliveries. • Assist in defining relevant metrics and KPIs to track the organization’s agile progress, such as lead time, cycle time, and other performance indicators. • Coordinate and support the implementation of large-scale agile frameworks, such as SAFe, LeSS, or the Spotify model, when applicable. • Promote an agile culture across the organization, encouraging the adoption of agile principles and a mindset shift toward greater collaboration and results orientation. • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching for leaders and teams, developing agile competency at the organizational level. • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and with external areas (such as IT, Product, Marketing, etc.), ensuring smooth workflows and alignment of deliveries. • Monitor the implementation and evolution of agile practices, adjusting processes as needed to ensure the effectiveness of the adopted framework.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Experience in roles related to agile methodologies, preferably in large organizations or with multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant agile certifications, such as:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (ACSM);
- Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), II (PSM II) or III (PSM III);
- SAFe Agilist (SA) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP);
- Kanban Management Professional (KMP) or Lean Agility;
- Experience implementing large-scale agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or the Spotify model.
- Certification in other agile frameworks or complementary methodologies, such as Lean, Kanban, or Design Thinking.
- Familiarity with agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or other collaborative platforms.
- Ability to drive change and engage teams and stakeholders in agile practices.
- Experience coaching teams and leaders to promote autonomy and agile maturity.
- Capacity to manage multiple teams and priorities in a fast-changing environment with concurrent projects.

• Execute end-to-end financial crime compliance audits, including scoping, risk and control assessments, walkthroughs, control testing, and drafting workpapers and reports that are clear, complete, and actionable. • Own audit logistics and stakeholder engagement in a remote environment, tracking requests, open items, and testing status while maintaining proactive communication with cross-functional partners. • Identify control gaps during fieldwork by performing root cause analysis, evaluating exception severity based on likelihood, impact, and regulatory exposure, and escalating where additional stakeholder outreach is required. • Develop risk-based recommendations in collaboration with stakeholders, document management responses and action plans, and validate remediation of prior audit findings through to closure. • Maintain current knowledge of anti-money laundering and sanctions regulations across all jurisdictions where Coinbase operates, applying regulatory developments to audit scope and testing.
Precertification Analyst
CoxHealthWe're a six-hospital system in southwest Missouri with physician clinics in 25 nearby communities.
• The Precertification Specialist obtains authorizations from Insurance companies for scheduled tests/procedures providing necessary medical information for authorizations. • Interprets patient medical records and reviews cases with the insurance nurse reviewer. • Accurately enters information into multiple computer programs and insurance websites.
• Support the execution of the stages in the new product creation pipeline, under guidance; • Update control spreadsheets, logs/histories, and file storage folders; • Assist with product registration and maintenance on sales platforms (ClickBank, BuyGoods, JVZoo, Digistore, Cartpanda); • Provide operational communication support with suppliers and partner companies; • Perform basic anomaly checks and report inconsistencies to the team; • Support internal teams with requests related to the product pipeline.
