Job Description

Product Marketing Consultant

Merative

• Develop clear, compelling value propositions based on product positioning • Translate complex clinical research capabilities into customer-centric messaging • Maintain consistent product messaging across marketing and sales channels • Partner with Product Management to own the marketing planning, coordination, and execution of launches aligned to the product roadmap • Develop marketing and sales collateral to support go-to-market plans for new features and solutions • Create tools and assets to support the sales process (pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers) • Train sales teams on product messaging and positioning • Conduct competitive analysis to maintain a current view of how Zelta’s CDMS platform functionality compares to competing solutions • Gather customer insights on product usage to refine positioning and messaging • Create repositories of product usage data, testimonials, and customer feedback, including key stats and quotes to be leveraged in marketing and sales materials • Coordinate all analyst activities and upcoming industry reports • Partner with Marketing Lead to develop a program for customer and partner marketing (outlining options for co-marketing and project plans) • Own coordination and assist in content development (i.e., case studies) for customer and partner marketing projects • Develop an editorial calendar for press releases and newsroom posts related to product releases and customer usage, in partnership with Marketing Lead and communications team • Support ad hoc reporting to help maintain visibility into campaign and overall marketing performance

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of product marketing or related experience (B2B SaaS or health tech preferred)
  • Experience partnering with Product and Sales teams
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives across different formats (e.g. case studies, product one-pagers, landing pages, etc.)
  • Experience supporting product launches and overseeing a product roadmap schedule
  • Ability to standardize processes and oversee execution across multiple workstreams
  • Bachelor’s degree is required. Graduate degree (MBA or similar) preferred.
