• Develop clear, value-oriented product and platform strategies together with business units and teams • Support teams during discovery phases and structured problem clarification • Structure requirements along value streams and capabilities • Support prioritization decisions with a focus on business impact rather than feature pressure • Work directly with Product Owners, stakeholders and business units in pairing, workshop and sparring formats • Connect business, IT and management perspectives to create a shared understanding of value • Establish lightweight governance mechanisms focusing on outcomes and effectiveness • Enable organizations to make product decisions independently, based on sound reasoning and aligned with real target visions • Contribute to product-oriented organizational development in client environments • Contribute to the sustainable improvement of decision-making and prioritization processes
Job Requirements
- Completed degree in an IT-related field or an IT qualification with equivalent, several years of practical experience
- Several years of professional experience in product management, business analysis, digital transformation or a comparable interface role
- Ability to confidently mediate between business, technology and organizational perspectives
- Structured and analytical approach to complex problems
- Experience working with teams, stakeholders and interdisciplinary constellations
- Solid knowledge of discovery, prioritization and value-oriented product development
- Initial to good practical experience with methods such as Design Thinking / Discovery, Value Stream Mapping, Capability Mapping or appropriate governance models
- Confidence in deriving decisions transparently, advocating them and further developing them through dialogue
- Focus on value contributions rather than features and actively driving changes in product logic within organizations
- Development of value-creating, prioritized and implementable products and sustainable enablement of teams to implement independently
- High willingness to learn and openness to further develop methodological and strategic skills
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
