Role Description Dot IT is looking for a REEL Creator / Content Creator who can produce authentic, trend-based TikToks and Instagram Reels with basic editing skills and the ability to create content independently from concept to final video. - Create authentic, trend-driven TikTok videos and Instagram Reels. - Stay updated with current trends and transform them into original, engaging content. - Appear confidently on camera, tell stories, and add personality to the content. - Film, edit, and publish short-form videos with basic but clean editing. - Develop creative concepts, hooks, and scripts for short-form content. - Brainstorm and propose new content ideas regularly. - Create engaging storytelling formats (day-in-the-life, behind-the-scenes, challenges, reactions, etc.). - Repurpose content into multiple formats (Reels, TikToks, Stories). - Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand tone and objectives. - Ensure consistency in style, messaging, and overall content quality. Qualifications - Strong camera presence and confidence in storytelling. - Ability to create TikTok/Reel content independently (idea → script → filming → editing). - Solid understanding of short-form content trends on TikTok & Instagram. - Creativity in developing hooks, scripts, and storytelling formats. - Basic video editing skills (cuts, transitions, subtitles, audio syncing). - Ability to repurpose content into multiple formats (Reels, TikToks, Stories). - Ability to brainstorm and generate fresh content ideas consistently. - Good visual sense (framing, lighting, composition) even when filming on mobile. - Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback. - Ability to work quickly and deliver content under deadlines. - Attention to detail and consistency in quality and brand tone.
