Job Requirements
- Advanced skills in a range of software used to create and edit SCORM, text, audio and video content
- Highly skilled in the use of graphic design software, such as Illustrator or Figma
- Highly skilled at merging audio with video to produce high quality, easy to follow, educational videos
- Highly organised, able to prioritise well and work at speed and under pressure
- A good communicator who listens well, can explain things clearly and presents information in a simple and coherent way
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail with a “get things right first” approach
- A natural completer finisher, with thoroughness and accuracy
- Proven ability to set and meet deadlines in a calm and efficient way

Duties: - SharePoint Content Design: Lead the design and development of the SharePoint structure, design, and content for a pleasant and informative internal user experience. - Technical Training Content Design: Lead the design and development of technical training programs for internal customers. - Technical Training Delivery: Deliver engaging training sessions using various instructional techniques and formats to meet the Data & Technology organization’s needs.
