Role Description AMP Agency is searching for a full-time Account Supervisor who thrives in a high energy environment, can deliver the work, and is able to effectively manage and execute cross-channel marketing programs. This position requires that the candidate be extremely organized, detail-oriented and highly motivated. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships. - Proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Work in close partnership with Strategy, Creative & Production teams to ensure on brief, on budget and on time execution of award-worthy marketing campaigns. - Remote position with light travel throughout the year. - Flexibility working across time zones is required. Qualifications - 5-7 years of experience (agency experience preferred). - Proven track record of delivering top-notch multi-channel work. - Experience executing cross-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, mobile, print, email, etc.). - Experience with still and video production. - Ability to consistently produce results while meeting deadlines and juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated ability to coach, initiate change, and collaborate across groups. - Exceptional time management and organizational skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to make oral presentations. - Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Asana, and Google Drive. - Creative self-starter with strong relationship and problem-solving skills. - Understanding of analytics, tracking and KPIs for client business. - Able to work with third-party properties, agencies, suppliers and media organizations. Requirements - Guide the day-to-day management of assigned accounts. - Direct all aspects of client business from strategy through execution. - Manage program execution, timeline & budget management and post promotional reporting. - Demonstrate thought leadership, channel expertise and strategic integration with client agency partners. - Communicate and interact effectively with cross-departmental internal teams, clients and/or external agency partners. - Deeply understand brand insights, customer segmentation, and target needs. - Professionally manage client feedback, direction and expectations. - Provide accurate financial management of client business. - Deliver effective oral presentations with poise and confidence.
