• Serve as primary SHS contact to SCS field locations and teams • Implement and maintain effective safety management systems • Provide effective SHS training for field management • Coordinate event reporting, investigation and Root Cause Analysis • Coordinate investigations of fatalities and major events • Coordinate and conduct effective audit/Kaizen events • Coordinate effective CSA Compliance/Performance • Coordinate SHS Sales Support • Coordinate SHS Support for Startups, Relocations, Shutdowns, etc • Coordinate investigation of employee allegations or complaints • Coordinate security support, work place violence occurrences • Serve as primary interface with regulatory agencies/investigations

• Support the operations of a fast-growing beauty company • Assist with demand planning, inventory monitoring, supplier coordination, and cross functional communication • Track raw materials and packaging supply • Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and service levels • Coordinate with Contract Manufacturer regarding Order status • Process and create Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Transfer Orders • Collaborate with production teams to align schedules with demand surges • Update production orders and tracking output from supplier factories • Prepare daily/weekly inventory and service level dashboards • Maintain data accuracy in ERP/planning systems • Assist in demand/supply reconciliation as part of S&OP processes • Monitor inventory levels across distribution centers • Communicate supply risks and mitigation plans to internal and external stakeholders

• Provide remote-based SAP 4th level support for our global customers in various industries • Resolve complicated SAP SCM and PP related issues requiring expert level supply chain business process, configuration and functional skills • Develop strong support-based relationships with our clients, with excellent customer focus and communication, and friendly interaction • Continuously drive customer satisfaction by tracking issues from start to closure • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues remotely with extensive SAP experience and good analytic skills

• Assist with tracking purchase orders (POs), supplier timelines, and shipment status • Support inventory monitoring, including identifying stockouts, backorders, and excess inventory • Maintain and update supply chain trackers and reports • Help analyze data related to: - lead times - order accuracy - freight/shipping performance - inventory turns / on-hand levels • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer service, accounting, etc.) to resolve order or inventory issues • Support process improvement projects ( improving tracker systems, documentation, workflow efficiency) • Prepare weekly summaries or dashboards for leadership, as needed • Assist with general administrative tasks supporting supply chain operations
