Inventory Manager

• Order and manage inventory. • Monitor stock levels and reorder products to meet demand via monocleapp.co which empowers precise inventory management and smarter buying decisions. • Request and manage credit requests with suppliers. • Build and maintain supplier relationships and ensure timely communication. • Utilise EIZ (warehouse management system software) – adding purchase order to EIZ when stock is ordered. • Manage Back in Stock processes and product updates. • Support the team by responding to customer support emails when needed.
Job Requirements
- Experience with EIZ or similar stock management systems.
- Previous experience in eCommerce or warehouse operations.
- Understanding of inventory forecasting and supplier negotiations.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities independently.
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify and inventory-related apps.
- Confident with digital tools, spreadsheets, and stock management software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive supplier relationships.
- A team player with a hands-on attitude, willing to assist where needed.
