Job Description

Product Excellence Lead

S&P Global

• Own the operational data picture of the product organization. • Surface patterns, risks, and opportunities before they become escalations. • Build and maintain a single operational dashboard. • Establish a disciplined prioritization framework that evaluates every initiative. • Continuously refine team practices, tools, and operating rhythms. • Own the product organization's tool stack and ensure it serves the team. • Standardize operating rhythms across all four functions. • Identify and eliminate process friction across the organization. • Coordinate the release management process across Execution, Data, and UX. • Serve as the primary operational interface between the product organization and Finance, HR, Technology, and Revenue leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Operational rigor and the ability to build systems that scale.
  • Judgment. The ability to distinguish what requires escalation from what should be handled.
  • Comfort operating across multiple functions simultaneously without defaulting to one area.
  • Strong communication. This person represents the Head of CX Product & Data in a wide range of operational contexts.
  • A bias toward clarity over comfort. When something is not working, this role names it and fixes it rather than accommodating it.
  • Right to Work Requirements: This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.

Benefits

  • Health & Wellness: Health care coverage designed for the mind and body.
  • Flexible Downtime: Generous time off helps keep you energized for your time on.
  • Continuous Learning: Access a wealth of resources to grow your career and learn valuable new skills.
  • Invest in Your Future: Secure your financial future through competitive pay, retirement planning, a continuing education program with a company-matched student loan contribution, and financial wellness programs.
  • Family Friendly Perks: It’s not just about you. S&P Global has perks for your partners and little ones, too, with some best-in-class benefits for families.
  • Beyond the Basics: From retail discounts to referral incentive awards—small perks can make a big difference.
