• Partner with senior executives and cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities where behavioral science can advance core business priorities • Consult with stakeholders on business challenges, applying behavioral insights to improve decision-making, adoption, engagement, member experience, affordability, and health outcomes • Support enterprise transformation and change management efforts, including the adoption and ethical implementation of AI and emerging technologies • Develop frameworks and playbooks that make behavioral science accessible and actionable across the organization • Conduct literature review and analyze qualitative/quantitative data to uncover behavioral patterns, decision-making barriers, and opportunities for improvement • Design and lead experiments: randomized controlled trials, A/B tests, quasi-experimental studies, and field experiments • Develop behaviorally informed interventions including messaging and engagement strategies, incentive designs, and digital experience enhancements • Diagnose behavioral barriers to technology adoption and design solutions to improve uptake • Partner with product, analytics, operations, and business teams to implement, test, refine, and scale solutions • Own measurement and evaluation frameworks to assess impact and build the evidence base for what works • Build internal capability through workshops, presentations, practical frameworks, tools, and one-on-one consulting • Stay current on emerging behavioral science research and translate findings into enterprise applications • Represent the organization externally through conferences, publications, industry partnerships, and speaking engagements as appropriate

Role Description This is a remote opportunity for someone who has 2 plus years of experience working with Revit. The BIM Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of BIM projects. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Ability to take a project from start to finish. - Design the system, model and coordinate the model. - Oversee and track installation progress in accordance with the model and complete a full as-built deliverable. - Meet with clients (existing and potential), contractors and other project staff. - Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications - The BIM Coordinator must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and help create, develop and implement project process improvement(s). - The BIM Coordinator must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners. - The BIM Coordinator must be able to act as the Company liaison for interface with customer representative(s). - The BIM Coordinator must possess proven problem solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s). - The BIM Coordinator must be able to work at heights, off of a ladder and in confined spaces. Requirements - Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency, Associate's Degree preferred. - Must have at least one (1) year of professional experience as a BIM coordinator, detailer or modeler. - Must have one (1) year professional experience that demonstrates the usage of computer aided design software. - AutoCAD and REVIT experience and proficiency required. - Visio and Navisworks experience is a plus. - Must have proven skill level to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including but not limited to, specifications, reporting and quality requirements. - Must have the mental capacity to understand and apply job-related concepts, technologies, instructions, procedures, computer and software operations, input data and create/annotate drawings with a very high degree of accuracy on a consistent basis with high throughput and minimum supervision. - Must meet Company minimum driving standards. • Evaluate acquisition, investment, and strategic partnership opportunities through financial, strategic, and operational analysis. • Build financial models, including valuation, DCF, accretion/dilution, IRR, and scenario analyses to support investment recommendations. • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and target identification to support corporate development strategy and pipeline development. • Prepare executive presentations, investment memoranda, and business cases for senior leadership and decision-making forums. • Coordinate and support due diligence efforts across finance, legal, product, technology, security, and other functional teams. • Manage transaction workstreams, data rooms, information requests, and project timelines throughout the deal process. • Support transaction execution from initial evaluation through signing and closing. • Assist with post-close integration planning and transition activities to ensure successful realization of deal objectives.

• Represents Medtronic as device specialist during surgical procedures by ensuring all necessary equipment and products required are available, providing technical support and device selection, and performing programming and testing of all device systems • Manages patients through all phases of the clinical process as well as educate them on the features and benefits of Medtronic products • Provides clinical support in surgeries, re-programmings, trouble-shooting and follow ups in hospitals and clinics • Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on products and therapies. This is expected by, but not limited to, coordinating one on one teaching sessions, formal in-services, education programs, seminars and/or outside symposia (based off quarterly Plan of Action as directed by Leadership) • Responds promptly and professionally to device-related inquiries by customers and patients • Ability to be flexible with schedule while working and/or attending clinical events, possibly outside of normal business hours to include weekends and after hours and at the discretion of Clinical Specialist Manager • Adheres to company policies and complies with required event reporting and documentation, utilizing Medtronic technology tools • Responsible for managing inventory provided for case coverage, including: timely transactions when product is used, sold or transferred, maintaining a required level of cycle count accuracy, executing product retrievals as instructed, turning over inventory in a reasonable time frame, not implanting expired product or product that is on hold • Contributes to the achievement of quarterly goals associated with specific initiatives at the district, regional and/or national level by partnering with colleagues and communicating effectively and regularly with Leadership • Maintains a working knowledge of competitive products • Regularly visits accounts to establish/maintain relationships with office staff and Health care providers • Accountable for placing orders with customer service for pending purchase orders and product replacement • Expected to work with materials management to collect POs for cases covered within the territory/district • Ensures personal understanding of all quality policies/system items that are personally applicable • Assists Management and Sales Training department in education/training of new employees within the district • Effectively utilizes Excel, a mobile phone, an IPAD, a laptop, and/or a Samsung tablet regularly • Manages business expenses and budget effectively and in given timeframe • Mentors Associate Clinical Specialists • Completes all new hire therapy trainings as directed by medical education • Completes all corporate compliance training prior to date due • Travels to cover district cases as needed in the district, and occasionally to other districts at the discretion of Clinical Manager
