Job Requirements
- 5 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience
- Owned GTM strategy and execution for product launches end-to-end
- Strong writing skills with a portfolio demonstrating clear, audience-aware product writing
- Experience owning competitive intelligence, tracking, synthesizing, and activating it in positioning and messaging decisions
- Ability to independently pull and interpret marketing and product performance data
- Experience contributing to and shaping positioning and messaging decisions
- Comfort working in modern marketing and design tooling (e.g., Asana, HubSpot, Figma, Loom, Canva)
- Experience interviewing customers and turning their stories into usable assets
- Ability to manage multiple launches and content workstreams simultaneously without dropping details

Key Responsibilities - Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, understand their needs, and analyze competitive landscapes. - Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience. • Product Launches & GTM Strategy: Own product marketing for new solutions—partnering early with Product, Marketing, and Sales to craft compelling messaging, positioning, and launch strategies that accelerate growth. • Sales Enablement & Commercial Strategy: Lead product marketing for the commercial segment, equipping sales with the right collateral, insights, and training to drive revenue. • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape, including product moves, pricing, and messaging. • Own the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new products and feature releases within the Commerce Division. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies. • Develop product launch materials, including internal enablement documents, customer-facing collateral, and demand generation content. • Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Cordance’s Commerce solutions in the e-commerce and thrift retail marketplace. • Translate technical capabilities into business benefits for various audiences, including prospects, customers, analysts, and internal teams. • Create and deliver sales enablement tools, including battle cards, pitch decks, objection handling guides, and competitive analysis. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive product understanding, improve win rates, and shorten sales cycles. • Maintain a deep understanding of Commerce trends, regulatory changes, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. • Provide feedback to product management to inform product roadmap decisions. • Partner with demand generation and content marketing teams to develop thought leadership pieces, webinars, case studies, and campaign assets focused on e-commerce and thrift retail topics. • Support customer advocacy efforts by identifying and developing customer success stories. • Work closely with customer success and product teams to drive adoption of Commerce products. • Develop onboarding materials, product documentation, and in-product guidance to support customer success.
• Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Themis products and key personas • Translate complex governance, risk, and compliance capabilities into clear, differentiated narratives • Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, narratives, and competitive positioning • Plan and execute product and feature launches across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing • Define launch goals, audiences, and channels, and measure results against them • Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness, timelines, and deliverables • Build sales decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demo scripts, and objection-handling resources • Equip Sales and Customer Success with the messaging and tools they need across the customer lifecycle • Support prospect evaluations with value-oriented content and competitive intelligence • Produce customer-facing content such as case studies, web copy, blog posts, and campaign assets • Conduct customer and market research to sharpen positioning and identify new opportunities • Partner with Product to validate roadmap priorities and represent the voice of the market • Monitor the competitive and regulatory landscape and keep the team informed
