Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, or Learning & Development.
  • Proven experience in building leadership, manager, or talent development programs from scratch.
  • Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or other high-growth environment.
